Welcome to BetBuffoon. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at https://betbuffoon.com and all services we provide through it. By registering an account, accessing our platform, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. We strongly encourage you to review this document carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

1. About Us

At BetBuffoon, we operate an online casino licensed under Curacao eGaming. Our platform was established in 2025 and offers a wide range of gaming products including slots, live dealer tables, jackpot games, and more. We support both fiat and cryptocurrency transactions, and our services are available in English and French. Our BetBuffoon platform is accessible via desktop and mobile browser — we do not currently offer a native application or PWA.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use our services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must register only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, and any winnings associated with them will be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information at all times.

At BetBuffoon, we maintain a list of restricted jurisdictions that we update at our sole discretion. The following countries are barred from registering an account entirely: Afghanistan, the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Ontario, China, Cuba, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, the United States, Yemen, and Venezuela. The rest of Canada is welcome, and we support CAD across our payment and bonus systems.

Additionally, players from the following countries may register and play but are permanently ineligible for any promotions we offer: Greece, China, the Dominican Republic, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Thailand, India, Hungary, Portugal, Poland, Mauritius, Peru, Bangladesh, and Serbia. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Supported Currencies and Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Minimums

The minimum qualifying deposit is EUR 20 (or equivalent): USD 20, CAD 20, AUD 20, NZD 20, SEK 200, or NOK 200. These thresholds apply before bonus-related withdrawals can be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 50 unless otherwise stated. Per-transaction withdrawal limits are set at EUR 5,000, and we process a maximum of EUR 5,000 every 10 business days. We apply a 48-hour pending period to all withdrawal requests. During this window, players must submit all required identity documents. Failure to do so within 48 hours will result in the withdrawal being cancelled and funds returned to the player's account balance.

For amounts of EUR 5,000 or more, we conduct an internal audit that may take up to seven business days. Winnings derived from free bonuses or free spins are capped at EUR 100 (or EUR 500 for VIP players, at 5x the bonus value). Cashback winnings are capped at 5x the cashback amount or EUR 5,000. Converted loyalty point winnings are capped at 5x or EUR 5,000, rising to 10x or EUR 10,000 for VIP players.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Package

Our BetBuffoon welcome offer spans three deposits and delivers up to EUR 2,000 in bonuses, 200 Free Spins, and one Wheel of Luck spin:

• 1st Deposit: 100% bonus + 100 Free Spins + 1 Wheel of Luck spin
• 2nd Deposit: 50% bonus + 50 Free Spins
• 3rd Deposit: 50% bonus + 50 Free Spins

This offer must be claimed within 7 days of account registration. We reserve the right to modify the offer after this period. Players who registered duplicate accounts are ineligible. Wagering requirements are 35x on the combined deposit and bonus amount. No-deposit bonuses carry a 50x requirement; deposit-linked free spins carry 35x. All bonuses expire 7 days after crediting, at which point the bonus and any winnings derived from it are cancelled.

4.2 Bet Limits During Active Bonuses

While a bonus is active, individual bets must not exceed 20% of the total active bonus value and must not exceed EUR 5. VIP players are permitted up to EUR 10 under the same 20% rule. Bonus Buy features are evaluated at their full face value against this same limit.

4.3 Wagering Contribution Rules

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The following game categories contribute 0%: craps, video poker, rummy, keno, crash games, all live casino games, all progressive games, and all table games. Slots are effectively the only category that contributes in full. Double-up and gamble features never count. Only settled bets are counted toward wagering progress. Cash balance is always deducted first, even when an active bonus is present.

4.4 General Bonus Rules

• Two consecutive bonuses must be cleared in sequence before a new one activates.
• All bonuses become void upon submitting a withdrawal request.
• If you withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus and all associated winnings from both balances are forfeited.
• You are ineligible for any bonus while a withdrawal is pending. You may cancel the withdrawal to restore eligibility.
• Free Spins expire 7 days from crediting regardless of deposit status.

5. Rewards Center and VIP Program

At BetBuffoon, our Rewards Center contains ten items: Jackpot, Perks, Progressive Cashback, Deposit Bonus, Free Spins, Wheel of Luck, Daily Rewards, Deposit Stamps, VIP Club, and Notification History. The Wheel of Luck issues one spin two hours after each qualifying deposit. Additional spins may be purchased with loyalty points or cash balance funds — bonus balance funds cannot be used for this purpose.

VIP status is determined entirely at our discretion. We do not publish fixed admission criteria. VIP players benefit from raised bet limits, higher free bonus and free spin win caps, and increased loyalty point conversion ceilings. We reserve the right to assign, modify, or revoke VIP status at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

We prohibit the following behaviours, any of which constitutes a severe breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension, balance confiscation, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using a VPN or masking your IP address to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised funds
• Colluding with third parties during gameplay
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities
• Using automated bots or player scripts
• Money laundering or any related financial crime
• Placing even-money bets on blackjack, roulette, or baccarat while a bonus is active (considered promotional abuse)
• Opening duplicate accounts
